These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of westcountyservices.org (the “Site”), operated by West County Community Services (“WCCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About WCCS
WCCS is a community services organization serving west Sonoma County, California. The Site provides information about our programs and services, accepts donations, and allows visitors to sign up for membership, newsletters, and events.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use of it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Site.
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Site except for public search engine indexing.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.

Submissions
If you submit a membership application, contact form, donation, or any other information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Processing of personal information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
Donations
Donations made through the Site are processed by our third-party payment processor. By making a donation, you authorize WCCS and our processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount indicated. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will consider the request in good faith. WCCS does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice regarding the deductibility of donations; please consult your own advisor.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are owned by WCCS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written consent. Third-party names and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

The Site may contain links to websites and resources operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience only. WCCS does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party site. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. WCCS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WCCS and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, even if WCCS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one U.S. dollar ($1). Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WCCS and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions are effective when posted to the Site, indicated by an updated “Effective” date. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
