Gather with fellow enthusiasts in a welcoming atmosphere and unleash your creativity as you craft beautiful baskets. Play volleyball either sitting in a chair or standing up and running around, depending on your comfort and ability. Wonderful, gentle way to get cardio exercise and build a little upper body muscle. Taught by experienced players, Irma and Gene!

Come and play Bingo, every Tuesday and Thursday - 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. In the Bingo Room in the main building at the Senior Center.

Bring a project you need help on, or just come to stitch and chat. In the Marshall House or outside if it's warm enough. Every first, third and fifth Thursday.

Yoga With Alannah for Seniors offers a rejuvenating and inclusive approach to wellness at the Senior Center. Alannah's expert guidance ensures a safe and accessible yoga experience, tailored specifically for seniors. The classes focus on gentle movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation, promoting flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Participants can expect improved joint health, enhanced flexibility, and reduced stress levels. Alannah's sessions create a supportive community where seniors can connect, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie. $10 donation benefits instructor.

Chef Oralia will prepare a delicious, authentic Mexican meal for lunch! $5 per person $1 surcharge for meals to go, available at 12:30 pm. Cafe West is the dining room of the Russian River Senior Center.
