Yoga With Alannah for Seniors offers a rejuvenating and inclusive approach to wellness at the Senior Center. Alannah's expert guidance ensures a safe and accessible yoga experience, tailored specifically for seniors. The classes focus on gentle movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation, promoting flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Participants can expect improved joint health, enhanced flexibility, and reduced stress levels. Alannah's sessions create a supportive community where seniors can connect, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie. $10 donation benefits instructor.
